oh my, time for everyone to update their skins again it seems...

edit: probably going to make some people reconsider their icon choices :/

What osmosis is trying to say is that skin designers have to update their toolbars now. The original message (before this last edit) was that some people have cogs also in their toolbars, and now that the default preferences icon is a cog, it might get some people confused.

yeah, i realized that not many people have cogs, so i didn't want to point any fingers since that isn't nice.
