Seeding only while afk

Is it possible to only seed while im afk or idle?

and to make utorrent limit my bandwidth while im surfing, playing cod, etc etc?

I know i can limit manually but i would like to do it automatically as soon as i launch a program or idle for 10min.

Please tell me if this could be done in some way (:

A quick and easy way to limit band width is by using the right button on the icon on the right side of your window. The right button will open a menu were you can select upload and download limit. This can also be set in the bandwidth area on the preferences menu Ctrl-P from the uTorrent screen.

Yes but thats not what i was loooking for, i want it to automatically change the limit when im at the computer so i dont have to do i manually everytime
