Half-Open Connections

I've patched tcpip.sys for maximum half open connections as 100

and I've set it 66 by utorrent advanced settings.However, when i look to statistics half-open and TCP connections values are 0.

(I use 2.0.2 I got DSL 930kB max. download)

i cant get full speed by some torrents

Well "people" are wrong. An increased halfopen limit has little to no effect on speeds (no effect at all in about 98% of cases, minimal effect in the remaining 2%)

TCP half open connections are outgoing only.

They don't count UDP connections or *ANY* incoming connections.

If you're not firewalled in uTorrent, you get most of your connections if not the vast majority from incoming.
