I started with falcon a few months ago, made a new account, and all worked well.

I then needed to reinstall windows, and utorrent along with it. Then when trying to log into falcon, I get the message "Username already in use. Please try a different username". Are usernames single-use only, or is there some other way to get my username back?

Usernames are associated with the computer. We're working on a long-term solution, but for now, please email falcon@utorrent.com and ask them to free your username for you.
