When i go to download a torrnet it opens itunes?

How can i resolve this? Please don't tell me to look up FAQs, I already have and there is nothing in there that can help me. I've tried resetting my default programs but this hasn't helped. please can someone help as this is really frustrating. I am using Windows 7 and Google chrome.

You have to modify the file association about .torrent files and associate .torrents with utorrent.exe (right click on a random .torrent file on your HD then select "Open with..." then choose utorrent.exe).

yeah i know the way around it to use open with but i cant figure out how to set it so it just opens utorrent rather than itunes straight off.

When you're opening a .torrent via your web browser?

If yes, surely an option in Chrome about Applications where you can choose a program to open a specific file (.torrent).
