Have you tried re-hashing the torrent/downloaded files? lol. I've seen some failed .sfv checks (or maybe I was just reading the window wrong..), but the files within; were normal and played fine (without errors).

Everything was invalid RAR's and the SFV, i couldnt repair them in winrar or anything.

This may be a silly question but what do you mean by re-hashing ?

Like i said i am verry new to this

RE-hashing is a µTorrent thing to check if the files were corrupted during download. Right click on the torrent and select "Force Re-Check", if they come out okay then the files weren't corrupted during download and were bad to begin with. (A BitTorrent client only re-downloads the damaged parts, so it won't mean starting again.)
