Internet browsing slow after downloading utorrent 2.0.2

earlier i was using 1.8 version of utorrent and net speed was workig absolutley fine... how ever when i downloaded latest version of utorrent 2.0.2.. i am unable to browse any website.. its very slow when torrent is running.. and if i stops torrent .. internet works absolutely fine

any suggestions???
