Automatic restarts

This is from a noob that knows very little..... me

I have found that my "net" drops out frequently when uTorrent is running. It almost never drops out when uTorrent is not running. I've had a couple of friends check things out, both of whom know their stuff. Although my ISP denies it, and after discounting all other possible causes, I'm advised that my ISP is dropping the link out.

We did find the random port option and that has increased the time I can spend up/down loading.

I'd like to see some setting where uTorrent can maybe drop the whole connection and restart on a different port ect, at user setable time frames.
