Windows 7 upgrade issue

Having some weird problems, recently upgraded from Window XP to 7

Since then none of the torrents have been downloading properly

At best I can get ONE of them to download at 2kbs

Had no issues with XP, speeds were fine but since the upgrade it's barely moving.

Have tried reinstalling, reseting firewall exceptions, etc. but now I'm lost

Any advice?
