directory checking and moving

1.) I want utorrent to check specified directories when starting a torrent so see if I already have the data.

2.) To be able to move said data to those directories (the latter half you can do with labels, but its not idiot proof)

Further Clarification

One of my biggest hobbies is working with android development. On days we actually work we can publish 2-6 kernel sources and/or 2-6 Roms per day. I currently have 1171 roms+kernels in my seeding directory. No clone says 322 of them are copies. Looking at utorrents 'torrent completed' feature is the only way for me to categorize any of them (after the entire group gets a copy). My brain hurts. My Hand hurts. Even my eyes hurt.
