Upload Speed very low

hello,

I am Senjoy. i use an internet connection of 512kb/s. Normally i get a download speed of 100-150 kb/s but my upload speed doesnt exceed beyond 5kb/s. Because of this my ip torrent account will be deleted soon since the ratio is not maintained. I have tried all possible solutions mentioned by you in the other posts. Pls. suggest me a solution so that my upload speed increases thereby mainiting the ratio 1:1 otherwise my ip account will get deleted.

I have gone through these settings and everything is proper still i am not able to get the upload speed right. Suggest me something else before my account gets deleted. i Just ran a speed test..

Dowload comesupto 1280 kb/s and upload comes to 198kb/s.

Those speeds are in kilobits/second...so you have 198 kilobits/second upload.

That's 192 kbit/sec on my chart (2nd link in my signature).

While downloading, most of that upload speed is unusable for seeding.

I am aware of the speed thing. But even after the download is complete the upload doesnt start. just displays seeding and it never gets uploaded

Green light? (unfirewalled in uTorrent?)

Peers don't exist? ...Or are very slow/overloaded by other seeds?

Green light facing upwards... firewall enabled...each peers are ranging frm 20 - 93 but still its not catching up the seeding or the peers. its shown as seeding thats it....i have gone through all the procedures mentioned by you and also the procedures mentioned in the ip torrent...but still i am not getting upload speed ..download speed comes upto 150kb/s and sometimes when the uploading starts it gives a speed of 5 kbps that too rarely..
