HELP (Enable UPnP Port Mapping, NAT-PMP, #Port used) TP-Link TL-R402M

I always use utorrent but i always use the default settings except for the download file location.

And upon reading this new router of mine...

I got to this link.

This is my new router model.

The guide says it needs to uncheck for the Enable UPnP Port Mapping.

Now this is my question?

Do i really need to uncheck the Enable UPnP Port Mapping?

How about the Enable NAT-PMP Port Mapping?

What is really the effect of this?

Also about the Port used for incoming connection?

What is the best number to put it?
