Download limit not working

My Download limiter isnt working.

lets say i set the download limit to 60kb/s

i right click the icon on my mini-bar (sorry, dont know what its called, you know on the bottom right corner near the clock in XP) and set download limit to like 60kb/s for example.

the Downloads still download at my max speed, like 160kb/s.

So i tried setting the limit individually for each torrent, but it still didnt work.

This only started happening today, before it was fine.

im using 2.0.3 beta (build 20091)

Did you read the changelog for 2.0.3 yet?

same problem; after upgrade, no limit for download !

upload limit work.

I enable in option/band pass/

Apply rate limit to uTP

Apply rate limit to transport

and now download limit work.

but this two option are in upload section !
