Import uTorrent back ups and settings as a result of upgrading OS?

Hi, i just recently upgraded from windows xp 32bit to win7 64 bit.

In xp i typed the following in run command

%appdata%/utorrent

Then a window with all the active utorrent active torrents & user data, allowing me to copy all the files to a "back up folder"

after getting the latest version of utorrent and installing it on windows7 ultimate, utorrent fails to recognize the backups, after copying them in the "%appdata%/utorrent" folder located @ C:\Users\ken\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

uTorrent can't let me register due to the page reloading over and over again.

Is uTorrent running when you place the backups in the configuration folder?
