Zwein Posted June 20, 2010 Report Posted June 20, 2010 I moved files on my HD, and now, uTorrent don't see them anymore (which is to be expected) but now I absolutely don't find how to relink them with their respective .torrent file in uTorrent. If someone know how, it would be appreciate that he explain the method.
ksmk Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Change the default download location of utorrent to where you have moved the files, then "force re-check" the file.
DreadWingKnight Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 ksmk, that's not retroactive to already loaded torrents.
Zwein Posted June 24, 2010 Author Report Posted June 24, 2010 @NoOneButMe : Is it really the only way? Cause it's really troublesome to navigate across hundred of files, when I can classify them.@ksmk : Like DreadWingKnight said, it didn't work.
ncc1701d Posted September 21, 2010 Report Posted September 21, 2010 Any luck with this Zwein? I'm about to reconfigure my hard drives. I've mirrored the folder with all my torrents to an external drive. Once I've wiped my drives, I'll be putting most of the data back, but want the torrents to continue to seed. I'm guessing this is a similar thing to what you're wanting?
ncc1701d Posted September 21, 2010 Report Posted September 21, 2010 Just did a bit of a search. I came across his request: http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=75194It doesn't look like it is possible to do?
