Problems with non-torrent network connections.

For some reason everything using http fails in my uTorrent. Downloading rss feeds, downloading torrents from rss feeds, even checking for uTorrent updates. All attempts to do any of the preceding are either met with a timeout, "connection reset by peer" message or "unable to connect to utorrent update server" in the case of updating.

uTorrent itself works perfectly, I can handle both incoming and outgoing connections, and loading torrents from files I have no problem connecting to trackers or DHT. Also I started having about a 25% success rate on magnet links working once this problem started.

I've verified that there is no problem that I can see on the server end, all the rss feeds load without problem or delay in a web browser. The problem is also intermittent, there are short windows in which it all works.
