I have a shitty ISP. Certain torrents that I torrent on utorrent mac, my ISP would sever my connection, guaranteed after about 5 mins after I start. I have to restart my router/modem and it would do it again, never fails.

Usually I'd boot into windows and continue said torrent and voila, smooth and uninterrupted.

Now I dunno the disparity between utorrent mac and windows specifically, so whatever the feature (I'm sure mods know), should be a priority to be ported to the mac version.

Your settings are probably different.

Try this:

• Force "Outgoing Encryption"

• Disable "Distributed Hash Table Network"

• Enable "Randomize port"

• Disable "Automatically map port"
