Is it possible to become a uTorrent adminstrator?

Is it possible for a member to become some kind of...adminstrator, or something close? I don't intend to be one, but just to let possibly a few others who would like to know, can someone reply to this post?

I am speaking on behalf of some people who would like their privacy. Can the adminstrators reply to this topic as soon as possible?

They don't seek anything. Staff members are appointed by invitation based on observation/evaluation of knowledge, ability, and community contributions, not by application.
