Help with New Created Torrent

Hey all,

I used uT to create a new torrent, entered several popular public trackers, and made sure to check "start seeding."

Later, I uploaded it to PirateBay and others. To support sharing, I decided to download/seed my own torrent on another computer.

For some reason, although the torrents are listed as "seeding," there is no upload rate. The other computer is downloading one of the torrents (at a very slow rate), and the other says there are no seeders.

I need help learning how to get my computer to "actually seed/upload" the new torrent so others can download and share.

I've downloaded torrents for years, but I am new to creation. I don't know much about ports and all those advanced settings, so bear with me.

Also, forgive me if this is a repeat topic, I tried searching the forum for help to no avail.
