Utorrent works perfectly fine at my local coffee shop, but not at home

I need some help. When I take my laptop, which uses windows 7, to my local coffee shop utorrent works fine, and downloads. When I am at home, the yellow triangle appears and I can't seem to get rid of it. The odd thing is, is that utorrent used to work at home.

any thoughts? suggestions?
