Background Progress Bar

What about, instead of a column progress bar ("Done" column), what about a background progress bar like this:

It would save space that could be used for displaying other information, while keeping the list organized (like alternated list background color does), it does the same effect that the column w/progr. bar "Done" does, and it's eye-candy too.
