Torrents with same name but different contents

This is with version 2.0.2

What happens is this: if I download a new torrent with the same name as an older (finished, but still active) torrent, but with different contents, the new torrent is actually downloaded (bytes are effectively received) but nothing is written on the disk...

Example:

1/ I download a torrent called "HelloKitty", containing files AA and AB.

2/ Torrent is completed (files AA and AB are physically present on the disk), I leave it there to seed.

3/ Later on, I download a new torrent, also called "HelloKitty", but containing files RA and RB.

4/ µtorrent actually downloads the files RA and RB (as shown by network usage/traffic)

<BUT>

5/ Files RA and RB are nowhere to be found on the disk...
