Won't Seed, Neither NAT-PMP nor UPnP is enabled

Won't Seed, Neither NAT-PMP nor UPnP is enabled, but when I check the preferences it says it is in fact enabled!

I have included a link to a picture of my client and below is a log from start up to the error!
