Exit Problem

Hi, I have had this problem for a while now and it's starting to get on my nerves a little bit. Sometimes when I close uTorrent it asks me if I really want to exit and I click "Yes", the program then doesn't shut down for a few seconds and then closes only to find it didn't really get closed in the Task Manager. When I try to do "End process" or "End process tree" I get an error saying "The operation could not be completed. Access denied."

Note that I'm using the admin user in Windows 7. I found that I can't start uTorrent again until the process has been ended, only thing is that happens sometimes and sometimes not. When I can run uTorrent again I find there are two instances in Task Manager. And when I can't start uTorrent I have to restart my computer to run the program. It's extremely inconvenient.

Would anyone happen to know what I can do to get rid of this problem once and for all?
