Two torrents gets all bandwidth

I configured uTorrent like this forum recommends but the download of one or two torrents always gets all bandwidth of my 1MB ADSL line, impeding other torrents to download concurrently at a efficient rate. When I stop the hungry torrents, the speed gets back to normal. This is the right behaviour of uTorrent, there is a way to stop it doing this?

Um...what settings did you use?!

Any 1 megabit/sec down max ADSL service probably shouldn't have but 1 or 2 TOTAL active torrents.
