Ponos Posted June 28, 2010 Report Posted June 28, 2010 This has been an on going issue for a little bit, but due to my rather few computer resets I tended to get around it by never having to restart uTorrent. I had some speed problems, but after some reading on these forums I managed to resolve them by using default speed settings instead of maxing everything out. Now I get 600+kb/s without Msn and my browser buggin up \o/ I didnt find anything about my other problem though...Issue: The HD I download to lags like crazy while torrenting, I tried to watch a movie while downloading at a low rate and only got 1 hour through the vid, after 2 hours. Torrents WERE loading as erroneous after they'd been completed properly, and some not being completed. Now since my latest speed changes, when they reloaded the 4 that were active came up 0.0% with grey bubble icons, I tried to stop>start them and uTorrent froze and crashed. The other torrents non-active non-downloaded torrents are grey arrowsBecause of the glitches I stopped using uTorrent for a couple days, I ran Advanced System Care's disk check, and did a Smart Defrag. The Defrag seemed to speed things up and I could use the drive comfortably again. After the speed change things seemed to be going fineish, I increased the cache to 200megs hoping it might stay that way.I had to reset though and things came back with the glitch.Please help, I love uTorrent, used it for years on several systems!
