too much overhead

Hi all,

I have trouble with my download.

My connection is around 5.6Mb/s ( 700ko/s) down and 600kb/s (75 ko/s) up.

But since yesterday, my download speed is limited around 200ko/s because the overhead speed is up to 400ko/s and and i don't understand why...so my torrents are downloaded slowly ...

(before this probleme, overhead was about 30ko/s.)

I tryed to set connection's parameters :

-max connections :120

-connection by torrent:40

-nb of slots:4

but it doesn't change anything...

can anyone tell me how to fix it ??
