I can't able to create New Torrent due to port no is not known

I can't able to create new Torrent.I had read a article on "http://www.bootstrike.com/Articles/CreateTorrent/"

in which it is necessary to check port. When I installed torrent port no shown is 29111.

When I test this port on utorrent port checker a error message occurs.

How can I fill Torrent properties such as Trackers,Web Seeds & other details.

Without these details can my friend able to download this torrent at other site.

How can I find port no necessary to for filling Trackers

Please guide me on this issue.

Ple I want to send this torrent to my friend as soon as possible
