Running uTorrent slows down internet connection?

so i already tried those suggestion and test it out for my torrent, my download speed is fine, and i could get maximum download speed around 800kbit/s as well, the only problem is, everytime i keep the torrent running, i could not browse nor download via firefox and IE, and when i am not downloading anything using the torrent, it will still be like that, connection speed decreased drastically to the point that pages which i would like to load have always been timed out... could anyone help me?? it just happened recently around 1 week ago, before that i never had a problem with torrents... please tell me what information i would need to tell you beforehand to detect my problems

For one thing Ut will take all available bandwidth for it's use regardless unless you set the download and upload speed so you can browse and ut at the same time.
