Are you guys aware of this web site?

Entering "utorrent" in Google brings this up as the first sponsored link with this description: "New µTorrent2010 - Faster & Better. Unlimited Files.New Version!".

On the page itself, (which *almost* infringes on your trademark) notice first off that the menu bar at the top is disabled. Clicking either of the two DOWNLOAD buttons takes you to a page that wants to install something called "ShopperReports", "BarDiscover" and "blinkx Beat Video screensaver", and implies, but nowhere explicitly states, that uTorrent is part of the download. (A web search shows that many consider the first two to be viruses.) And, the browser Back button is disabled.

It all sounds highly disreputable to me, but is there anything you can do to stop it? Or at least get Google to delist it?

I'm gonna assume it's someone trying to make a quick few bucks somehow by offering something as a paid service or by attaching a virus or spyware or something to the file and using it to get new victims.

It has a gmail contact address and what not, so yeah, don't go near it.

Well I just Googled "utorrent" again and it's still the first listing. Right above the REAL utorrent web site. :-(

How, and to whom, would you report it?

Might also comment about the fake site @ http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/uprotorrent-2010.com among others, to help new folks who don't know any better to avoid it.

Reporting mechanism under IE 8 (unsure on other versions) : in upper right corner - "Safety, Smartscreen Filter, Report this website".
