A strange issue of BT

Hi, I have a strange issue with the router mentioned in topic.

It is related to the BT client software.

First of all, I am using a 100Mb broadband in Hong Kong.

It allows me to have a upload and download speed up to 11MB/s.

I am using the utorrent on my computer.

The problem is there is an abnormal drop of upload rate periodically.

For example, I am seeding for 7 different seeds, each of them has an UL rate of about 1MB/s, totally 7~10 MB/s.

After some time, the UL rate of all the seeding works drop to zero for some seconds and suddenly restore to the original high speed.

It happens periodically, maybe every 10mins.

Here are some pictures describing the situation:

-Only utorrent is opened during the test.

And this is a cycle, happening once in ten minutes.

At the beginning I thought it is related to my anti-virus/firewall/router but no luck even I have them all removed.

And I faced the same issue on both my desktop and notebook.

Finally I come to a conclusion that there are two possibility, utorrent's issue or my ISP is blocking--doing something behind the light?

I will be very pleased if I could have your ideas, thank you for your kind attention.

OK, I think it is probably utorrent's issue.

I open the BitSpirit at the same time with utorrent and upload at a high speed on both(both ~2MB/s),

suddenly on utorrent speed dropped while BitSpirit kept that.
