Download slots used up by torrents that have no seeds or peers!

Isn't there a way to configure μTorrent to pass over high-ranking torrents when they don't actually DOWNLOAD anything hour after hour? :{D

I notice that torrents use up my very limited number of download slots (2 - 4) with, for example, torrents ranked #1, #2, etc. even if there's no movement, and the infinity symbol has been displayed in ETA for hours and days and...

Is there any configuration option I've missed that would make this work more efficiently?

under preferences/advanced:

queue.dont_count_slow_dl = true

queue.dont_count_slow_ul = true

queue.slow_dl_threshold = 1000

queue.slow_ul_threshold = 1000

This will cause utorrent to treat torrents with less than 1 kb/s upload/download as inactive when enforcing the queue limits. They will not block upload or download slots for other torrents.

These are the default settings, normally you should not have to change them
