Tracker error e DHT not allowed

I am a neophyte of uTorrent and i have the following problems:

1) Near a file in download I see a red arrow that means tracker error; what can do to resolve this problem ?

2) In an another case, near the file in download I see a blue arrow (that means that all is OK), bat in the tracker windows a see that DHT, exchange peer are "not allowed", but at the same time i see the download working. Is it correct this situation ? I mast make someting to correct ?

2> It's that the torrent is private flagged and has no backup system if the tracker goes down.
