fkm
Hi,I have developped several applications to connect to your NAS and manage your download station (http links, ftp links, etc...) and they are already published on the AppStore. My new application will have remote download management, RSS support, embedded web view for direct download with one click, and configurable searchers (mininova by default, several through my website, and possibility to add your own ones). All of this through either http, or http over SSH (for optimum security).I have now created an application to manage µTorrent remotely, and am ready to publish it. I have great hope for it to be approved as I have already 4 similar applications.I wanted to know if anybody here was interested in beta testing. I would need:- at least 2 people with an iPhone 3G, one with OS3, one with OS4- at least 2 people with an iPhone 3GS, one with OS3, one with OS4- at least 2 people with an iPhone 4, one with OS4 and one with OS 4.01- at least 1 person with an iPad for the HD version.Anybody interested ?Application will not be free, it will be 1 or 2$ (what do you think ?), but people participating in beta testing will (of course) get it for free, and have a redeem code to have future updates for free as well.If the beta program works fine, I think I'd be able to post the application for review some time around next week. Thanks,JérômePS: I will add the same application to Android once the iPhone version has been validated. moogly
I really doubt your µT WebUI will be validated to the App Store. You're not the 1st one to do that and all apps about BT WebUIs have been rejected.
fkm
Hi,On one of your links, I can see:Update: iPhone developer David Muzi contacted iLounge to point out that his iPhone and iPod touch RSS application Trackr, currently available on the App Store, also lets users remotely queue torrents to start downloading to a computer running uTorrent or Transmission—functionality similar to what Apple rejected in DriveTrain. Trackr sells for $2.99. Regards,Jérôme
Ultima
Except that Trackr was also forced to remove their BitTorrent functionality. Didn't feel like finding another article, so I decided to ignore it, but since you brought it up...http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/news/comments/apple-forces-trackr-to-drop-torrent-features/
