jakeeeee
I downloaded an app for my smartphone(Palm Pre) and it let me basically connect to uTorrent's WebUI from there, and I could search for a torrent on my phone and it'd come up on my computer. It worked great, but after restarted(dynamic IP). I updated my new IP to my URL(I use DynDNS as a link to my IP), and although I can access my router from there, which is expected, I can no longer connect to WebUI. Have tried the old port and a new port. No results. I have alternative connection turned on, WebUI turned on, and Connectivity on the same ports. paintball9
have you used the correct link you need the full thing including the end eghttp(s)://(ipaddress):(port of utorrent or alternative)/gui/
jakeeeee
Yeah, I tried it for both. If I do it without the port/gui/, it brings my to my router page, but if I try it with just the port or with both the port and /gui/, it won't display. That leads me to believe I have something wrong in my WebUI settings, which wouldn't make sense because I'm using the correct port every time. paintball9
saved/wrong password? Are you properly port forwarded on both the alternate port and the regular as well
jakeeeee
The password request comes up after WebUI is displayed. WebUI isn't displaying at all.
paintball9
If you list your current ip and port I can try connecting, if you don't want to for security reasons then don't.
jakeeeee
I'd rather not, but I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here. The IP address connects me to my router, WebUI is enabled on uTorrent, but when I try to enter the Connectivity port or the Alternative listening port, neither work. jakeeeee
Well see I don't know. Why would it not be an issue the first time, because it was working before, but now it's not?
