project falcon install problem

OK I've downloaded the installer and run it and it does nothing visually

I have confirmed that it opens and closes via task manager but I cant find any changes in my program files

additional info: I was using the most recent release version and I wanted to try project falcon so I tried to install over the official release and it did the same as above so I uninstalled the official version and tried to install again but same results

ive also noticed that shortly after I start the installer another program starts called "WerFault.exe"

operating system Windows 7 Pro x86

if you want the computer make and model there is none

it's a self built system
