Hey new here & already have questions

Hi people! Right to my issue, d/loading with of course uTorrent. I have at this time 12 torrents.

2 that just finished D/L, 3 Active with the blue & green arrows. 9 inactive silver arrows.

So i've D/L what i was looking for & now want to share. Thing is out of 9 only 3 are active but yet

the three have zeros then another number in brackets. So all but the 3 say, queued seed.

All these d/ls are 100% & working & this doesn't seem normal. Am running 32-bit vista bell

Bell is ISP. Utorrent allowed through firewall. Any reason for the queued seed?

Any words of wisdom?

Got the green light/circle at bottom of uTorrent's window?

Bell Canada ADSL ISP may be giving their customers modem-routers that need to be configured to avoid being firewalled in uTorrent.

Try 2nd link in my signature?

Check that the trackers are all working? (Tracker window/tab at middle/bottom of uTorrent screen)
