Auto shutdown does not work in 2.0.3

I ticked the 'shutdown when downloads complete' option but the PC doesn't shut down. It worked in the last version. Anyone else with this problem?

I personally have not found this issue as I dont use that option, however I have found something that I believe relates to the same problem, it appears that xp power management no longer functions with the new update, my monitor no longer shuts off after the specified time in xp power management settings (also screensaver doesn't turn on when utorrent is running). v2.0.3 (build 20664)
