Cybermaze Posted August 12, 2010 Report Posted August 12, 2010 First of all I have noticed that in almost all new versions of uTorrent (2.0.something plus), the amount of space for the text "Enable Transfer Cap" is a bit too short for the proper danish translation, Im only missing like 1,5 letters, and there is alot of free space to the right of the text (the rest of the window).Could you be so kind as to grand me/us a little more space?http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2619914/lookma.pngOn another note I would like to ask when translation files are updated? I have noticed, that with some of the recent betas it appears, that translation files are updated at the same time e-mails are sent to us translators. So even if we translate the strings say within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail, we only do it for our own sake. The users will not benefit from it until the next update. So all translations are effectively one release behind. Now I know the betas are not that important (its more important with stable releases), however it still makes me wonder if there is a "policy" or some kind of agreement as to how this is handled or if it is mere randomness.
schnurlos Posted August 13, 2010 Report Posted August 13, 2010 1) known issue, already reported (still ignored by the devs ...)2) translation files:*) if you mean the utorrent.lng - languagepack file -> these are updated when a release is a "stable" enough beta; you can check it here http://www.utorrent.com/downloads (atm the 21145 got a langpack)*) you are allowed to post a link to your utorrent.exe.lang.txt for each build (like I do on the german thread)
