shred077 Posted August 16, 2010 Report Share Posted August 16, 2010 I have noticed when I have the uTP rate limiter applied my upload speed slows down considerably below the overall limit I have set.When I unchoke the limiter the upload speed exceeds my global setting. I do have the enable bandwidth management box checked on the bittorrent preferences.I am running Win XP SP 3 if that's any help. uTorrent Version 2.0.3Any help or insight would be greatly appreciatedThank you.
