Pearce
I'm just wondering if there is a way to move the files I have downloaded to another location but to continue to seed them.Would changing the default download location and then doing a forced recheck work? or am I going to need to wait for a newer version of uTorrentMac with this option built in?Edit: I did some additional searching on the forum and answered my own question, NO this will not work and there is no ETA on a fix for it. It seems like an important feature that I hope is included in the next release.
ChipMcK
How about Edit-Copy and Edit-Paste?
hippiehop
Even better than being able to move the files after they are downloaded would be a dialog box when you open a torrent where you could choose where to save the file, instead of being forced into a default directory. This dialog box could contain a list of favorites or recent places. I like to keep different types of files separate. I like utorrent more than other programs because it runs so smoothly but am extremely frustrated by this aspect of it.
Pearce
That would be a very helpful feature as well, but my problem is that I recently acquired an external hd and have been transferring files over to it to free up space on my hd, but have been unable to seed files that I move over.
