ImPhyxius Posted August 18, 2010 Report Share Posted August 18, 2010 Can't limit it anywhere in utorrent, Only thing i can limit it overall upload limit, if i set a download limit it doesn't work.If i try set limit on a specefic file none of down or up can be limited.Was working 4 days ago before formated pc, same OS (tried xp as well, didn't work there either)Known problem, new problem?, solution?
