Torrents blocked :(

Hi there

I think my internet service provider (www.skytec.co.za) is blocking utorrent from downloading torrents.

If that is so, WHAT DO I DO???

Do those download at all?

Secondly, is your networking set up ok?

HOW is it set up? (Standard modem, router, computer links...and nothing fancy like VPN or proxy?)

I tried the test torrent - you can add the torrent to utorrent but it does not download at all.

To tell the truth, I am not clued up with programs/computers/networks so I wil try my best.

Our network is set up with a wireless router, 2 PC's & a PS3 connected to it. Our internet is wireless ( think they call it ISDN ) it is a reciever outside our house and is connected to the router via LAN cable.

Using uTorrent with wireless connections requires setting uTorrent's settings lower than identical speed wired internet.

1st (slow speed sections) and 2nd links in my signature.

sorry i have the same problem and im trying to follow switeck's instructions....what do u mean 1st or 2nd link in my signature.wheres ur signature?how do i find the test links?
