jrljj11
i keep downloading files and they say they are done. I unzip/unrar or try to mount an iso and i'll get a corrupt file message. I tell utorrent to do a file recheck and it'll usually set the torrent back to like 99.7% and redownload. Then I try to use the file again and keep getting the same messages. even after doing another file recheck, it keeps setting it back to 99.7-99.7% over and over. Anyone know whats going on?I've never had this problem before in the years since i've been using utorrent

DreadWingKnight
It honestly sounds like either partial corruption in the drive controller or avast isn't playing nice even when disabled at this point. Is there any pattern to the missing pieces in the files? jrljj11
we'll something may have fixed itself. i restarted and ran WD disk tools and it reported no errors on the quick test. I started utorrent back up and file rechecked 2 files over 4gig, it put them back to downloading again at 99.6% or so. after they finished I reran the file recheck and this time they both passed
