Downloads cannot be removed and files stay in use even when deleted

I use utorrent and love it like most people. I have mine setup to auto download when torrent files are put in a specific folder. This works great. But many times when the torrents complete ther is no way to remove the torrent from utorrent. You can delete it in utorrent. then i try and move the file locally and it say it is still being used by utorrent. If i fire utorrent back normally it shows the completed torrent i there again. This is running windows home server so not sure if that is the problem or if it is my setup. Please let me know. I am using the most recent version of the beta build.

Do you have the option "delete loaded torrents" checked off, beside the automatic load option?

It's possible it's re-adding the torrents before you get a chance to move the files.
