uTorrent v2.03 - seems to enter bad "IP:port#" into the peers' list

Peers lists seem to increment in size much beyound what the tracker's than show.

Conditions are:

- No DHT

- No PEX

- XP/SP2

You can see that many peers are with "0" as port # . uT shuold NOT enter those on the peers' list no matter where they come from, since they are not connectable ...

( where DO they come from anyways ? )
