The 3.0 uTorrent's features the best idea so far by making your web ui management so easy. But it's downside for me is that for two uTorrent's running on my pc and notebook I need two accounts too, would be great if you could choose "client" on the fly.

Or by summing the two uTorrent's data, and when adding torrent asking which one should it add to. For this to be user friendly should be there a new coloumn before Name that which client runs it -- and you could name your clients the way you want it to be named.
