No Internet connection while downloading or seeding

Hi

I have problem lately when im downloading or seeding im unable to get on the internet im using Internet Explorer

and i have tried mozilla and chrome still no joy when i stop seeding or downloading ihave no problem ?

I use vodafone mobile unlimitited download package and it tells me i have a perfect connection the security i have is AVG Full 9.0 can anybody help please .

Try getting the latest uTorrent v2.0.4 build 21586.

Then doing 1st and 2nd links in my signature.
