Where to set preferences

I want to set the following 2 preferences but don't know where I can do it. I don't see any preferences or tools menu on the UI

1) The location of files to download. Right now it's default to the Downloads folder. I want to set a different path

2) On Windows, when I click on a torrent and it has multiple files, it will display a window and I can choose which file to download. How can I do that on Mac?

Currently, you need to change your default folder for each torrent you want in a different location than the previous.

On the files tab.

The window in question for both of these functions isn't implemented yet.
