dluserb
I download openoffice torrent for test, that got full speed(200K until end D/L). But when I download video files, such as avi, rmvb speed very slow only 5-10K(New Files, Has 20Seed, 100Peer On me down Group). May ISP Block video file ?Any Torrent Can Test Video File Download(Avi, Rmvb) Such as Openoffice Torrent ? Thanks.
Switeck
Openoffice torrent may be using web seeds or at least ips NOT (as?) heavily throttled as video files from random ips.I don't have any good example video torrent/s you can test, sorry. Caji
Some places that you get torrents from are slow as hell anyway with 10-20 seeds. They just hate to give them up..Try IPTorrents and pick any movie torrent with 25+ seeds, you'll see plenty, and you should be able to tell if your being cut back or not..Most of the time I get 2.3mbps there on movie torrents with a few seeds.
